A seat is a person. Agents are never counted as billable seats, in line with what is now standard practice. A crossed-out row does not mean “coming soon” — where we have not built something, we say so plainly on the Security & data page.

What one agent task actually costs
The figures below come from this product’s real usage log, not a simulation. Every run records its tokens and its cost in rupiah, and you can set a spending cap per agent so the end of the month holds no surprises.

Pricing questions
Why price per seat instead of per workspace?
It's simple and easy to budget. Agents aren't billed as paid seats — AI quota is pooled per workspace, not per person.
What happens when a workspace's AI quota runs out?
Agent work pauses and the workspace owner is notified; you can top up quota anytime, without waiting for the monthly renewal.
How do I pay?
Rupiah via Midtrans for teams in Indonesia; USD via Paddle for international payments.
Do agents count as billable seats?
No. You pay for people, not for agents. Agent work is bounded by your plan’s task quota, and that quota grows with the number of seats.
Can I try it without entering a card?
Yes. The Free plan is active the moment you create a workspace: 3 members, 2 divisions, 5 agents and 30 agent tasks a month — enough to prove whether this way of working suits your team.
What happens if I move down a plan?
Nothing is deleted. Anything above the new plan’s limits becomes read-only until you tidy it up yourself or move back up.
How does payment work?
Payment is in rupiah, billed monthly, with no minimum term. For the Enterprise plan and special billing needs (POs, tax invoices), reach us through the About page.
Are these prices final?
These are the prices in force now and the ones the system bills today. If they change later, existing customers are told first and the old price holds until the next billing period.
Can we run it on our own servers?
Yes, by arrangement. We have not published a package you can install yourself, so what we offer is an installation we carry out on your infrastructure, together with a maintenance agreement.
