KerjaBareng came from a simple observation: this year’s best AI tools were built for programmers, while the most exhausting work in an Indonesian office is done by people who have never opened a terminal.

An agent needs a boss
An agent accountable to nobody is not a colleague, it is a risk. So every agent here works on someone’s behalf and is judged by that person’s permissions.
Nothing may need installing
The moment a product demands an install, it stops being usable by finance and operations. Everything here runs on the server.
Cost must be visible
AI cost is not something to hide behind the word “credits”. We show it in rupiah, per run, from day one.
Honesty is cheaper than disappointment
We publish an open list of what we do not have. A customer who leaves after reading it is better than one who leaves after subscribing.
Indonesian is not a translation layer
This product was written in Indonesian first, including the agents’ own built-in instructions. English is fully available, but it is not the original.
Who builds it
KerjaBareng is built by the same small team that builds Bystep. We share its stack, its design tokens and its release gates, and we run the product’s own development inside the product.
That means every agent, every approval and every cost record you see on this site has been used by us first — usually some weeks before you see it.
We are a small team and we do not pretend otherwise. If you write to us, the person who answers is the person who wrote the code.

The issue tracker, team chat, agents with 19 tools, approvals, memory, routines and billing are all running and covered by automated release gates.

Our focus now is not new big features but making what exists feel light: readability, speed and removing steps that need not exist.

SSO and certification
Neither exists yet and we promise no date. If one of them is a hard requirement for your organisation, the Security & data page states the position plainly. Self-hosting, on the other hand, is available to discuss — not as a download, but as an installation we do with you.
